From 1st meeting on Zoom I regained my confidence which had been depleted by another surgeon’s attitude. Mr Lau is so “open” and genuinely interested in the patient’s opinion and gave reassuring information, before I had the chance to go through my a,b, c of nit-picking questions! Every single thing was explained and “covered”. A pleasure to have a professional who doesn’t treat you like an ignoramus, but actually seems to find interest in the questions you ask. Not dismissing you out of hand. Patients are people and Mr Lau treats you as an individual not a “case” number. I’m never intimidated by professionals but find some very arrogant. He is the polar opposite of that . A kind, professional, talented highly educated individual who treats others with the same respect.

Mr Lau is a great communicator and a very pleasant man, I could not have wished for a better consultant, as well as his technical ability he was able to put me at ease when explaining the procedure, and I felt no anxiety, I have complete trust in him.
